In one of the most modern discontinuous foam plants, we apply a 100 % CFC-free PUR foam (ODP value – 0) as a reaction mixture between the surface layers. Without additional adhesive, they combine with the foam to form thermally bridged sandwich panels up to 16 metres long. Their PUR rigid foam core is a stable high-performance insulating material, with the lowest thermal conductivity currently available. Depending on the purpose, panels can be produced with a thickness of 25 to 150 mm.
Available as an option, you can get recessed load securing rails and double decker rails, milled-out portions, e.g. for doors, flaps or ceiling evaporators, foamed conduits for plant installation, beading and reinforcements e.g. for refrigerators, doors and flaps all made from the panel material that is required. Finally, we also install superstructures (blanks) upon request. You can obtain information about the most common panels by clicking on one of the images above.
